Our Story
Since 2020, my wife and I have been going out and sharing the Gospel. One question people have consistently asked us is, "How do you disciple those you've shared the Gospel with?"
Like many Christians, our time is limited between work, ministry, and family life. I began thinking about how we could continue encouraging and discipling people after sharing the Gospel with them.
That question led me to build a Bible study website with an AI chatbot.
As I developed the website and added more Bible studies, I noticed something interesting. The chatbot's answers began to reflect my teaching more accurately as its knowledge of my published material grew. Its responses became more consistent with the biblical explanations and theological perspectives expressed in those studies.
That's when I realized this could be something much bigger.
What if any Christian could study God's Word, create their own Bible studies, publish them to a website, and have an AI chatbot that answers questions based on what they've written?
That realization became the foundation for ShepherdForge.
Today, ShepherdForge is designed to help Christians study Scripture more deeply, organize and preserve what they're learning, and share their studies with others.
Whether you're involved in ministry, leading a small group, homeschooling your children, studying the Bible with your family, or simply growing in your own understanding of God's Word, ShepherdForge gives you a way to turn your studies into something others can explore.
You can publish your Bible studies to a website and provide an AI Study Assistant for the study a visitor is reading. It can use that published study and its Scripture passage, or search your published studies first and offer a broader Scripture-based answer when needed.
And because we believe theological accountability matters, ShepherdForge includes DoctrineGuard™, which reviews chatbot responses against your configured theological profile and foundational doctrine checks. It can flag potential inconsistencies for review or withhold certain conflicting responses. It is oversight, not a guarantee of doctrinal accuracy.

Why ShepherdForge Exists
ShepherdForge exists to help Christians engage more deeply with Scripture. It supports personal study and family Bible study, and it gives you a way to turn a study into a webpage others can read. Visitors can ask questions about the published study they are reading, including its Scripture passage.
Pastors and ministry leaders are welcome here, alongside individuals, families, and small groups. Churches can publish studies through the website they already use, and ministry administrators can see which studies people are exploring and what questions they ask. The engagement dashboard displays those questions and study activity without showing names, email addresses, or other visitor identifiers. A Study Assistant can stay focused on the study a visitor is reading, or search published studies first and offer a broader Scripture-based answer when needed. DoctrineGuard™ can flag inconsistencies for administrator review or withhold certain conflicting responses. It is theological oversight, not a guarantee of doctrinal accuracy. The heart of the work is the ShepherdForge Method: Read & Observe, Investigate, Interpret, Apply, and Build. You make the interpretive judgments. AI can assist research and organization.
